Patch Update

Howdy howdy, Demipals. It feels like we've only just started the year, and somehow it's already February! While we have a lot of exciting things cooking for you all, that doesn't mean we stop working on improving what we already have on the table. You know what that means, don't you? It's time for a healthy serving of patch notes for Cyberpunk RED, Marvel Multiverse, Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, and Vampire: the Masquerade.

New Releases

Since our last patch update, we've released the following new titles onto Demiplane. Check them out now to enjoy exciting new content, and options to use in your favourite character builder.

You can also check out January's platform release here. Now onto the patches.

Cyberpunk RED

  • By request, we've added linking to the Lifepath section of Cyberpunk RED Core, making it easier to follow along. (Although we can't wait to share the character tools, which will make it even easier.)

Marvel Multiverse

  • Tidied up some items from the December Marvel Multiverse Errata that weren't quite right:
    • Lightning Actions no longer erroneously grants you an extra reaction.
    • The Toxin and Chemical Supernova now list the proper prerequisites.
    • Enhanced Physique now notes and grants it's Edge benefit.

Pathfinder 2e

  • Player Core 2
    • The Alchemist Dedication will now properly grant access to Advanced Alchemy if you take Efficient Alchemy with Advanced Concoction.
    • Barbarian's Wolf Instinct should now do damage. No more holding back, Fido.
    • Unholy Plate's subcategory was fixed, so you should now be able to walk the path of un-righteousness in the equipment filters.
    • The Tripkee's Long Tongue feat should now properly appear in the builder.
  • Advanced Player's Guide
    • The Shadow, Genie, Nymph, and Psychopomp bloodline spells accessed through the Sorcerer Dedication should now work properly with the remaster.
  • Dark Archive
    • The Psychic's armor training is now correct. Sorry, you can't mind palace your way into wearing full plate.
  • Guns & Gears (Legacy)
    • The initial modifications for Inventors no long have terrifyingly long names that use up too much space in the builder. We've asked the scientists to keep it snappy.
    • Fixed a minor typo in the Springald siege weapon.
  • Treasure Vault
    • Ceramic Plate can now be properly equipped. By which I mean the armor, not the flatware.
  • Lost Omens: Ancestry Guide
    • Updated the function of the Swift feat.
  • Lost Omens: Highhelm
    • Forge-blessed dwarfs can now properly pick a deity.
  • Lost Omens: The Mwangi Expanse
    • The Wyrmblessed bloodline spells accessed through the Sorcerer Dedication should now work properly with the remaster.
  • Fists of the Ruby Phoenix Adventure Path
    • The Phoenix bloodline spells accessed through the Sorcerer Dedication should now work properly with the remaster.
  • Outlaws of Alkenstar: Punks in a Powderkeg
    • The Alkenstar Agent dedication now properly grants Deception expertise, and scales Lore if you qualify. Guess we don't need to send you back to bootcamp, after all.
  • Stolen Fate: Player's Guide
    • The Harrow bloodline spells accessed through the Sorcerer Dedication should now work properly with the remaster.
  • Battlecry! Playtest
    • The Commander's Warfare expertise should now properly scale. Unfortunately, I already used the 'sending you back to bootcamp' joke.

Starfinder 2e

Vampire: the Masquerade

  • The clan table in Players Guide has been corrected to show Ventrue with Presence, instead of Protean. As much as Ventrue think they can do it all... This time, it was just a paperwork error.

What is this?

In these regular patches, we’ll be releasing fixes and updates to items on our larger NEXUSes (like Vampire and Pathfinder), and summarizing updates that have been released for smaller NEXUSes in the time since our last update.

Why the change?

With the new cache improvements, we don’t want to break your character’s cache on larger NEXUSes as frequently as we make small improvements and fixes. Instead, we’ll push them all at once on a regular cadence, so that you keep your improved load-times for longer! Read more here .

I noticed a problem!

Thanks for your eagle eyes! Please post about it in the sub-forum for that toolset at your leisure. If it’s a quick fix, we’ll get it in our next patch. Otherwise, we’ll make sure it gets to the right team member for deeper work.
